What is a Regional?

Regionals are events held twice each year—once in the Spring and once in the Fall. These gatherings bring together members from across the district for meetings, activities, and connection.

Locations are selected through a vote at district meetings during a prior Regional and rotate throughout the five-state area to give different communities the opportunity to host.

Sample Regional Agenda

Friday Evening

  • Registration

  • Dinner (provided by the District)

  • Social time and fun at the pool

Saturday Morning

  • District Meeting

  • Parent Meeting

  • Kids Room available during meetings

    • Includes playtime, crafts, snacks, and entertainment so parents can attend sessions

Saturday Afternoon

  • Sports Activities

    • Organized by the District 9 Sports Committee

    • Events may include basketball, football, soccer, volleyball, and badminton

Saturday Evening

  • Banquet Dinner

  • Raffle

  • DJ and Dance

Sunday Morning

  • Optional pool time

  • Packing up

  • Farewells and departures
